Pneumatic Cylinder
Pneumatic cylinders also called air cylinders are the final component of the pneumatic or compressed air control mechanical device. Air or pneumatic cylinders are devices that transform compressed air power into mechanical energy. Manufacturers can choose from a wide variety of pneumatic cylinders, including compact cylinders, ISO standard cylinders, NFPA interchangeable cylinders, rotary cylinders, rodless cylinders, and even specialty made-to-order units. This versatility allows them to tailor their automation solutions to suit specific applications.
Pneumatic Solenoid Valve
Pneumatic valve is a device used to control the flow of air or other gasses in a pneumatic system. The valve can be actuated manually, electrically through a solenoid, motorized, or pneumatically. In this case, the media being controlled is air or gas, and hence the materials chosen for the valve body and seal should be compliant with these media. Possible options include aluminum, stainless steel, brass, and industrial-grade plastics. The most commonly used valves are the 3/2, 5/2 and 5/3 valves. Titan automation manufactures a wide range of Pneumatic Quick Fittings which are good for use in a variety of industrial applications, our plastic push in fittings tested lifetime reaches 18 million cycles. We offer plenty of material options, plastic fittings using plastic body and brass threads, brass push in fittings using brass body and stainless steel claw, 304 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel pneumatic fittings are optional too.
Air Filter Regulator Lubricator
Air Filter regulator lubricators, also known as FRLs, are designed to provide a clean air flow in pneumatic applications. Air Filter regulator lubricators (FRL) consists of three elements - a filter (F) to, generally, remove particles above 40 micron in size and water, a regulator (R), which controls pressure and a lubricator (L), to provide a controlled quantity of oil into the system.
