The DL Series FRL (Filter Regulator and Lubricator) Unit Compressed Air Lubricator is a pneumatic control component that integrates filtration, pressure reduction, and lubrication functions. It is widely used in pneumatic systems to purify compressed air, stabilize output pressure, and provide lubrication for pneumatic components. This series offers compact design and reliable performance, with a variety of specifications and configurations to meet the needs of diverse industrial applications.
The DL Series Compressed Air Lubricator includes various combinations, such as:
FRL (Filter + Regulator + Lubricator): A complete triplex unit
FR (Filter + Regulator): A filter and pressure reduction combination
Individual function modules: Filter only (F), pressure regulator only (R), and lubricator only (L)
Filter Unit: Compressed air first passes through the filter to remove moisture, oil mist, and solid particles (standard accuracy 40μm, with optional 5μm or 25μm).
Pressure Reducing Unit: Purified air enters the pressure reducing valve, where the spring-diaphragm mechanism regulates the output pressure to ensure system pressure remains stable at the set value.
Lubrication Unit (if equipped): When air flows through the lubricator, it carries a trace amount of oil mist, which lubricates pneumatic components (such as cylinders and valves), extending their service life.
Compact Design: Compact structure saves installation space.
High Operating Pressure: Maximum operating pressure reaches 16 bar (232 psi).
Wide Pressure Adjustment Range: 0.5–12 bar (5–175 psi).
Various Filter Sizes Available: Standard 40 μm, with optional 5 μm and 25 μm.
Various Port Sizes: Available in 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", and 1" sizes.
Various Drain Options: Standard semi-automatic pressure differential drain, with optional automatic drain (A) and manual drain (M).
Various Pressure Gauge Options: Available with 16 bar, 10 bar, or 7 bar ranges.
Improve system reliability: Effectively filters impurities, stabilizes pressure, and reduces pneumatic component failures.
Extends equipment life: Lubrication reduces wear and is suitable for high-speed, high-frequency pneumatic systems.
Flexible configuration: Functional combinations and specifications can be selected based on actual needs.
Easy installation and maintenance: Modular design allows for diverse drainage methods and simplified maintenance.
The DL series FRL is widely used in the following fields:
Industrial automation equipment
Pneumatic transmission systems
Packaging machinery
Food processing equipment (pay attention to lubricant compatibility)
Automotive manufacturing and assembly lines
Electronic and semiconductor equipment
Select the appropriate specifications (port size, functional combination) based on air path requirements.
Ensure piping is clean before installation to prevent impurities from entering the system.
Connect the inlet (IN) and outlet (OUT) correctly according to the airflow direction.
A pressure gauge should be installed on the outlet side of the pressure reducing valve for easy observation.
The lubricator must be filled with the specified type of lubricant (if installed).
The drain outlet should face a safe direction to avoid splashing.
