Magnetic Rodless Pneumatic Actuator RMTL

NTA RMTL magnetically coupled double acting rodless air cylinder is a combination of accurate slide and linear actuator unit without piston rod. Magnetic force transits the movement with piston side magnet and silder magnet. Stainless steel tube, light weighted and durable. Pneumatic rodless linear slides are an excellent choice for X-Y configurations or for applications where space is limited. Upgraded bearing performance and reduced sliding resistance. No mechanical connection between piston and slide block, it provides an excellent sealing performance. The action of the piston is transmitted to external slide block through magnetic coupling force without piston rod. The designing is space saving, and max stroke lenghth could be longer than ordinary cylinder. Both ends of the cylinder is equiped with adjustable buffer and fixed buffer device.The piston chamber seperated from slide block to prevent dirty getting into the pneumatic system which prolong cylinder life.
