Magnetically Coupled Rodless Cylinder NTA CY3

NTA CY3 magnetically coupled rodless cylinder has no piston rod, upgraded bearing performance and reduced sliding resistance. No mechanical connection between piston and slide block, it provides an excellent sealing performance. The action of the piston is transmitted to external slide block through magnetic coupling force without piston rod. The designing is space saving, and max stroke lenghth could be longer than ordinary cylinder. Both ends of the cylinder is equiped with adjustable buffer and fixed buffer device.The piston chamber seperated from slide block to prevent dirty getting into the pneumatic system which prolong cylinder life. CY3 magnetically coupled rodless cylinder only uses material from our quanlity approved suppliers, aluminum barrel from top China supplier, sealings from Japan Mitsubishi , USA Parker and Taiwan, all the cylinder components are machined by high precision CNC we imported from Japan, USA and Taiwan. Mounting options: Direct mounting. Application:  automatic packaging equipments, entertainment robot, beverage filling equipment, CNC lathe, laser process equipment, automobile assembly line, electronic products assembly line, semiconductor equipment etc.
