Pneumatikzylinder, auch Luftzylinder genannt, bilden den letzten Baustein pneumatischer Steuerungssysteme. Sie wandeln Druckluft in mechanische Energie um. Hersteller haben die Wahl zwischen einer Vielzahl von Pneumatikzylindern, darunter Kompaktzylinder, ISO-Standardzylinder, NFPA-konforme Zylinder, Drehzylinder, stangenlose Zylinder und sogar kundenspezifische Sonderanfertigungen. Diese Vielseitigkeit ermöglicht es ihnen, ihre Automatisierungslösungen optimal an die jeweiligen Anwendungen anzupassen.
Ein pneumatisches Ventil dient zur Steuerung des Luft- oder Gasstroms in einem pneumatischen System. Es kann manuell, elektrisch (mittels Magnetventil), motorisch oder pneumatisch betätigt werden. Da das Medium Luft oder Gas ist, müssen die für Ventilkörper und Dichtung gewählten Materialien mit diesen Medien kompatibel sein. Mögliche Materialien sind Aluminium, Edelstahl, Messing und industrietaugliche Kunststoffe. Am häufigsten werden 3/2-, 5/2- und 5/3-Wegeventile eingesetzt. Mit den verschiedenen Ventilen lassen sich unterschiedliche Funktionen in einem pneumatischen System realisieren.
Pneumatische Vibratoren bieten hochfrequente Vibrationen, die mit Druckluft betrieben werden. Sie sind flexibel und mobil einsetzbar. Titan Automatic produziert pneumatische Industrievibratoren in verschiedenen Ausführungen, darunter Kugelvibratoren, Turbinenvibratoren, Rollenvibratoren, Kolbenvibratoren, Schlaghämmer und Linearvibratoren.
Pneumatikverschraubungen dienen zum Verbinden von Schläuchen, Rohren, Wegeventilen und anderen pneumatischen Komponenten in pneumatischen Systemen. Titan Automation fertigt ein breites Sortiment an pneumatischen Schnellkupplungen für vielfältige industrielle Anwendungen. Unsere Kunststoff-Steckverschraubungen erreichen eine getestete Lebensdauer von bis zu 18 Millionen Steckzyklen. Wir bieten Ihnen eine große Materialauswahl: Kunststoffverschraubungen mit Kunststoffkörper und Messinggewinde, Messing-Steckverschraubungen mit Messingkörper und Edelstahlklauen sowie optional pneumatische Verschraubungen aus Edelstahl 304 oder 316.
Luftfilter-Regler-Schmiergeräte (FRL) sorgen für einen sauberen Luftstrom in pneumatischen Anwendungen. Sie bestehen aus drei Elementen: einem Filter (F) zur Entfernung von Partikeln ab einer Größe von 40 Mikrometern und Wasser, einem Regler (R) zur Druckregelung und einem Schmiergerät (L) zur kontrollierten Ölzufuhr. Industrielle Stoßdämpfer wandeln kinetische Energie in Wärmeenergie um und reduzieren so Stöße und Vibrationen an Maschinen und Anlagen erheblich, wodurch deren Lebensdauer verlängert wird. Titan Automation fertigt hochwertige, einstellbare industrielle Stoßdämpfer, selbstkompensierende Stoßdämpfer und Drehzahlregler. Die Größen reichen von M6 bis M85. Schrägsitzventile sind extern gesteuerte Ventile, die durch einen schrägen Ventilsitz hohe Durchflussraten und geringe Druckverluste bei der Steuerung von Flüssigkeiten und Gasen ermöglichen. Ein pneumatischer Verteiler ist ein Bauteil in pneumatischen Systemen, das Druckluft oder Gas von einer einzigen Quelle auf mehrere Kanäle verteilt. Pneumatische Verteiler sind nicht standardisiert, sondern in verschiedenen Ausführungen erhältlich, um Ihren spezifischen Anforderungen gerecht zu werden. Sie können zwischen verschiedenen Druckstufen, Anschlussanzahlen, Anschlussgrößen, Durchflussmengen und sogar Gehäusematerialien wählen.
